We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Registered Nurse at Harden Grange, you will be responsible for providing clinical care to our residents, including holistic assessments, development and evaluation of individualized care plans, supervision and support of personal care workers, and liaison with medical and allied health care staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management">
  • Conduct holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives">
  • Develop and evaluate individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each resident">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)">
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in providing clinical care in aged care settings">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills">
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team">
