">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Registered Nurse at Harden Grange, you will be responsible for providing clinical care to our residents, including holistic assessments, development and evaluation of individualized care plans, supervision and support of personal care workers, and liaison with medical and allied health care staff.
