Buyers Agent Assistant

This fast-paced role offers career progression and growth opportunities for residential sales agents or associates seeking a challenge.

The Position:

You will work closely with top-performing buyers agents, undertaking tasks such as researching properties, taking client briefs, managing databases, liaising with sales agents, advertising properties online, arranging appointments, and assisting with administration and document execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Researching properties throughout Brisbane to identify suitable options for clients.
  • Taking detailed briefs from clients to understand their property needs.
  • Managing client databases to ensure accurate information and effective communication.
  • Liaising with sales agents to coordinate property viewings and negotiate sales.
  • Advertising properties online through various marketing channels.
  • Arranging face-to-face telephone appointments with clients and vendors.
  • Providing administrative support and executing documents in accordance with company policies.
