About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing turf areas to ensure they remain lush, healthy, and resilient. This role involves hands-on work, implementing sustainable practices, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces.
• Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices.
• Implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques.
• Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional results.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations, address concerns, and provide turf care recommendations.
