We're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team based in Adelaide.

This full-time role will have you at the forefront of strategic advisory services, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying or selling businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with every phase of the transaction journey, from deal origination through to completion.
  2. Craft compelling marketing materials and conduct thorough bidder research.
  3. Hone your valuation analysis skills and carry out industry research and market mapping to uncover new opportunities for our clients.
  4. Develop your expertise in financial modelling with guidance from seasoned professionals.
  5. Play a pivotal role in engagement planning and ensure timely and impactful deliverables.
  6. Foster lasting client relationships and drive successful transaction outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of post-graduate experience demonstrating relevant skills.
  • Bachelor level academic qualification(s) in accounting, commerce, finance or law.
  • Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive energy and curiosity to learn from a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
