Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager

This is a senior position in our Food and Beverage operations, reporting directly to the F&B Manager. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage areas, with a primary focus on events planning and execution.
The role involves leading, mentoring, and training the F&B service team, coordinating event operations, and guaranteeing seamless client interactions.
- Lead and mentor F&B staff, promoting a positive and dynamic working environment.
- Coordinate event setup and brief staff members accordingly.
- Collaborate with Chef/BOH staff to ensure smooth food and beverage services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working varied shifts with a "can do" attitude.
- Maintain safe and clean service and storage areas at all times.
- Foster a strong work ethic and effective staff management practices.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Passion for events, food, and bar operations is essential.
- Able to lead F&B staff and deliver an outstanding product.
- Excellent time management and communication skills are required.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, along with attention to detail, are necessary.
