Administrative Bookkeeper Role

We are seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper to fill this position in Perth, WA.

  • Provide corporate administrative support across Australia
  • Under direction, plan, source, negotiate and purchase supplies
  • Maintain equipment register
  • Administer finance functions of VETtrak Student Management System
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function
  • Support Payroll function
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support, including developing and producing reports for clients

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Certification in accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
