Service Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our team at Volvo Cars in Doncaster.

This is a key role for an individual with impeccable customer service skills, attention to detail and outstanding time management skills. As the face and voice of our dealership, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, providing café services, and assisting with administration duties related to vehicle delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Provide café services, including daily set up and clean up of café area
  • Assist with day-to-day processing of administration duties related to vehicle delivery
