We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team. This is a rare opportunity for a talented individual to elevate their profile and play a key role in a premier Family Law practice.

Job Description

This position involves working on complex family law matters, including divorce and de facto relationship issues, property settlements, parenting arrangements, and domestic and family violence cases.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters
  • Work closely with other lawyers and support staff to achieve successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to grow the firm's family law practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Family Lawyer
  • A strong professional profile within the field
  • A proactive approach to business development, particularly in the Gold Coast region
  • Specialist accreditation, or working towards it
  • A genuine passion for Family Law and delivering client-focused outcomes
