The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate to join our team in Perth.

This is a unique opportunity to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service, contributing to the overall success of our boutique.

  • Support boutique management in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure personal and store sales targets are being met, while upholding exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Daily security stock counts and routine tasks as directed by management.
  • Stock maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping to maintain a professional store environment.
  • Track performance statistics and contribute to ongoing training and development.
  • Develop new merchandising concepts and displays to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for the Longines brand.
  • Computer literacy and excellent organisational skills.
  • A team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
Estimated Salary

Around $60,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
