Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Holiday Casual. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
