Job Opportunity: Health & Safety Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Health and Safety Advisor in our New Zealand operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a strong safety culture through engagement, training, and open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Support site teams with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of HSE systems and practices.
  • Bilateral collaboration with operational teams and external stakeholders to support safe project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • A minimum of several years' experience working on infrastructure projects.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively complete projects.
