Job Title: Asset Manager

We are currently looking for motivated property professionals to fill the role of Asset Manager in our team that delivers leasing services on a significant Commonwealth Government Portfolio based in Canberra CBD.

This position will be responsible for negotiation of lease requirements, ongoing client liaison and relationship development, assisting with advice to clients on strategic property solutions, managing critical Lease dates and processing Lease renewals, options and rent reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating lease requirements for clients
  • Providing ongoing support to clients through liaison and relationship development
  • Assisting clients in making informed decisions on strategic property solutions
  • Managing critical lease dates and processing lease renewals, options, and rent reviews
  • Maintaining accurate database records
  • Preparing detailed monthly reports on portfolio management activity
  • Collaborating with the Director - Government Property Services to assist and mentor other team members
