Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and maintain a quality assurance and control system for maintenance and project works.

This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, welding specifications, and traceability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a safety-first culture to achieve environmental and safety objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with quality management plans and client quality systems.
  • Ensure all QAQC activities align with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee site works, including welding activities, inspection, and testing.
  • Maintain records of non-conformance and implement corrective measures.
  • Review work packs to ensure documentation aligns with client requirements.
  • Compile and submit reports on mechanical data.
  • Provide technical advice on welding processes and consumables.
  • Audit and monitor compliance with quality procedures.
  • Liaise directly with clients and suppliers to ensure material conformance.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in ISO 9001 quality management systems and welding supervision.
  • API 653 Qualification and experience with API 650 Inspection compliance standards.
  • Leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HSE requirements, construction industry regulations.
  • Experience within contracting, construction, or maintenance environments.
