About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wall and/or Truss Assembler to join our team at FindStaff. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assembling timber wall frames and roof trusses using a nail gun, measuring, cutting, and lifting on a process line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble timber frames and/or trusses with precision and accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines
  • Conduct regular safety checks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a labour role or ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with own transportation
