Permanent Auction Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Auction Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time, permanent position you will attend vendor sites to prepare for and coordinate online auctions.

  • Ensure a smooth and timely auction process by detailed asset cataloguing and photography.
  • Manage onsite inspection periods in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent service and maximise sales opportunities by managing sales enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the vendor and relevant service providers to ensure safe, timely and efficient decommissioning and removal of assets.
  • Implement our Work Health and Safety onsite compliance program proactively.

This role will involve driving out to vendor sites so we're seeking someone who is happy to use their own reliable vehicle to drive to sites (a kilometre allowance will be applied).

This role may also require occasional travel interstate from time to time (travel expenses will be paid by us).
