At Green by Nature, we offer a four-year horticulture apprenticeship that combines hands-on training with classroom learning sessions. As a Horticulture Specialist Apprentice, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals in maintaining and beautifying parks, gardens, and public spaces.

  • Learn from experienced mentors who will guide you throughout your apprenticeship.
  • Develop valuable skills in plant care, irrigation systems, and safety protocols.

About the Role:

As a Horticulture Specialist Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining green spaces through pruning, mowing, and transplanting operations.
  • Assisting with irrigation system installation and maintenance.
  • Learning and applying safety protocols and equipment operation.

Your Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A valid Working With Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A valid White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
