At Empower Healthcare, we're seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team of expert clinicians. As a Dietitian Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients in home care settings, delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents and clients in their own homes
  • Develop personalized nutrition plans and goals
  • Support dietary requirements for individuals with complex issues
  • Provide education on diabetes management and healthy living
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver a multidisciplinary care plan
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in home care, aged care, and NDIS settings
  • Membership with Dietitians Association of Australia with Accredited Practicing Dietitian status
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
