Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Lead to drive strategy and execution for our B2B and wholesale operations, focusing on Leafio, our wholesale platform. This role is pivotal in optimising patient management, fulfilment, warehousing, and backend ERP integrations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Identify and prioritise product opportunities using market insights and user feedback.
  • Leadership Development: Lead product team development and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across the organisation to influence key decisions.
  • Prioritisation and Execution: Drive prioritisation of product features and collaborate cross-functionally for successful execution.
  • Metrics and Alignment: Track product metrics and align with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Product Management Expertise: Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Expertise in roadmapping and prioritisation, with the ability to align features with business goals and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus without direct authority.
  • Tech Savviness: Proven experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams to achieve goals and excel.
