About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Clinic Practice Manager to join our team at HealthcareLink Support.

About The Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
    • Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
    • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and services.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience as a practice manager in a dental clinic setting.
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
