About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Murex XVA Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our team at Luxoft. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our Murex Binary Upgrade project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate model validation activities for credit risk/market risk
  • Work closely with Risk & MO users to understand requirements and build new CR functionality
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to system configuration, Credit Risk, limits management, interfaces, etc.
  • Escalate identified issues/risks in a timely manner to IT and Business managers
  • Provide detailed information about issues to the vendor and coordinate with them in testing fixes/solutions
  • Act as an intermediary between business and vendor
  • Assist in resolving issues around general system configuration, User Groups, Access Rights, Portfolios, etc.
  • Provide training to business users and assist the business in adapting to the Murex environment
  • Ensure documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Murex PFE/XVA and Credit Risk calculations
  • Experience in MLC (Implementation or migration projects)
  • Configuration/optimization experience of latest Murex PFE and XVA
  • Working-level knowledge of Unix & SQL
  • Murex knowledge around P&L, Middle Office, Dynamic Tables, Static Data, GOM, Market Data, Market Operations
Desirable Skills
  • Deeper understanding of financial markets from a non-Risk & MO perspective
  • All-round knowledge of the Murex application
  • Domain knowledge: understanding of financial markets and basic knowledge of financial instruments
Education
  • MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant / CFA / FRM / Other Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
