Leading Fresh Produce Operations

Fresh produce plays a vital role in customer shopping experiences. As a manager, you'll drive sales, maintain high standards, and lead a dynamic team.

You'll report to the Store Manager and be responsible for daily operations, including stock rotation, waste control, and quality management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Daily Operations: Ensure efficient stock rotation, waste control, and quality management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • Business Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain excellent store presentation, including visual merchandising and floor layouts.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
