About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Nando's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our customers and a space for your team to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience for all customers.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
