Job Summary

AWM Electrical is seeking a reliable and efficient Storeperson to join our dynamic warehouse team. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to customer specifications
  • Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring a clean and safe work environment
  • Process returns and manage the documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role is preferred, but not essential
  • Forklift license is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Current and valid Victorian driver's license
