Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work with clients and project teams to design and deliver systems that meet their needs. You will utilize design thinking principles to deliver tailored products and services that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Apply Service Design principles to ensure the development of user-friendly solutions.
  • Support Agile delivery teams to ensure processes and methods align with business needs.
  • Develop process maps with as-is and to-be process analysis.
  • Support project teams with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • NV1 Security Clearance or ability to secure clearance.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile principles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of Service Design principles.
