Disability Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team at Kirinari Community Services Limited. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist individuals to access and engage with their communities, promoting social inclusion and connection.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment in our supported independent living accommodation settings.
- Ability and willingness to work shift work, including regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
- Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
- Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software and programs.
- Current Driver's Licence.
