Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Information Security professional to join our team as a Business Information Security Officer (BISO). This role will be responsible for driving the cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the security of our organization's digital assets.
Key Responsibilities- Security Leadership: Provide expert advice and oversight to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly work with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, CRO, and Legal Counsel, to align the security agenda with broader business goals.
- Security Architecture: Develop and implement effective security architectures and designs to protect our organization's digital assets.
- Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts and provide guidance on security incident management.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Expertise: Strong expertise in security architecture and design, with the ability to recommend appropriate controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Communication: Proven experience working across functions, including security engineering, incident response, and stakeholder engagement.
