We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations expert to join our IT team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, developing, and continuously improving our Finance and Operations platform.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and long-term product growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end development of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.
- Customize modules and integrations using X++, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Platform, and APIs.
- Ensure data integrity during migrations and integrations with external systems.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable architecture.
- Continuously enhance system performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and relevant business domains (e.g., Finance & Operations) are highly desirable.
- 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics development, with a strong focus on Finance and Operations.
- Proven success in delivering end-to-end solutions for medium to large enterprises.
- Proficiency in X++, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Dual Write, and MS Flows.
- Strong understanding of SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
