Your role and responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate construction engineering tasks in accordance with project specifications. Collaborate effectively with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project management frameworks, including plans, specifications, and standards. Implement and adhere to the Construction Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Environmental Management Plan. Apply knowledge of relevant contracts and legislation to project activities. Contribute to design improvements and value management initiatives. Assist in procurement processes as part of the project team. Utilize pre-contract knowledge to navigate design, planning, and legislative requirements. Exhibit strong financial management and commercial insight in decision-making. Support the Senior Project Engineer in generating accurate monthly reports. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics against project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications and experience:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering. Proven track record with reputable contractors in the industry. Strong commitment to health and safety protocols.
