Job Opportunity: Medical Imaging Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services across various modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in line with protocols, standards, and timeframes.
- Collaborate with radiologists during procedures and maintain sterile techniques.
- Accurately enter patient and service data using RIS/PACS systems.
- Stay up-to-date with imaging techniques through continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging (BSc or equivalent).
- Current registration with AHPRA and professional membership with AIR.
- Valid Radiation Use Licence (WA Health Department).
- CT experience is recommended but not essential.
- Experience with RIS/PACS systems is also recommended but not essential.
