Job Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will spearhead the financial strategy and align it with corporate objectives. This role oversees all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support sustainable growth and informed decision making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead financial governance, internal controls, and risk management across the business.
  • Partner with business units to deliver performance insights and drive strategic improvements.
  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and external audit processes.
  • Manage legal affairs, corporate secretarial duties, and business insurance coverage.
  • Contribute to major transformation projects, including systems, mergers, and acquisitions, and other initiatives.
  • Optimise finance team structure and prepare for future organisational evolution.
  • Ensure effective treasury, cash flow, and finance-related relationships.
  • Maintain a robust internal control framework and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Senior financial leadership experience in a global business, preferably with manufacturing and sales environment.
  • Experience in presenting business and financial reporting and analysis at board levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, and positive energy.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • A passion for achieving outstanding results.
