We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Accreditation Support Officer. As a key member of the School Accreditation Support unit, you will play a vital role in supporting Accreditation and Curriculum activities across all schools.

  • Coordinate program reviews to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures;
  • Manage accreditation submissions to external bodies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
  • Facilitate site visits to support curriculum development and implementation;
  • Provide administrative support to the Team Leader and Senior Accreditation Officers;
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to support schools with accreditation and curriculum needs;

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with policy and procedures governing curriculum and accreditation;
  • Provide essential support to the accreditation and curriculum teams;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Enhance processes using a continuous improvement and best practice ethos;
  • Collaborate with university staff and external agencies to achieve accreditation goals.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent combination of experience and/or education;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Committee coordination and agenda preparation skills;
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications;
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures;
  • Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
