At Crown Resorts, our purpose is to create exceptional experiences with respect and care for our communities.

We are seeking motivated hospitality professionals to join our teams as Bell Attendants. This fast-paced customer service role will expose you to hotel procedures and systems.

As a Bell Attendant, you will greet guests, deliver and collect luggage, explain room amenities, and valet park vehicles. You will promote and maintain impeccable service standards in a Premium Hotel setting.

To be successful, you need:

- To be 18 years old or over

- An unrestricted Australian driver's license

- Confidence and skill in driving and parking manual cars

- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

- A highly motivated team player

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to working varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
