Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team as a Crown Prosecutor.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice and legal opinion at a senior level to internal and external stakeholders relating to the prosecution of complex criminal cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide representation at the highest level for the Crown before all courts in complex prosecutions, appeals and related matters.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve successful outcomes in complex cases.
  • Collaborate with other prosecutors and stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Senior Professional Officer 2 qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of providing expert legal advice and representation at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
