Senior Industrial Designer

Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll work closely with our Head of Design, Product Lead & Co-Founders to develop our unique market-leading furniture products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine design concepts from prototype to mass production, ensuring every product meets our high quality standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source components, materials, finishes, hardware, and new construction methods for all products in development.
- Drive and implement continuous improvements from golden sample to 1st batch and all ongoing mass manufacturing, utilizing customer and user feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the project meets timeline, design, and budget.
- Ensure product adheres to our design system and DNA.
- Minimum 5-year full-time experience as a senior industrial designer, sourcing, manufacturing, or production in furniture or homewares.
- Extensive knowledge of furniture construction and management.
- An active problem solver and resourceful.
- High attention to detail.
- Extremely organized and data-driven.
- Proven ability to identify and document product requirements via research and product reviews.
- Mastery of 3D modeling and rendering (experience with Fusion 360 and Blender preferred).
