Our organisation is dedicated to promoting health and wellness for individuals of all ages. We are seeking a passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering safe, engaging, and effective group classes that adhere to our format guidelines. Your ability to connect with participants will not only motivate them but also enhance their overall experience.

The Role:

• Conduct dynamic group Pilates classes that cater to various skill levels.
• Ensure the safety and appropriateness of exercises for all participants.
• Build strong connections with class members to foster motivation and engagement.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere in every session.
• Contribute to the development and growth of our wellness programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Reformer Pilates Certification
• Matwork Certification (Desirable)
• Professional Registration with applicable governing body
• HLTAID009 Provide CPR (or be willing to obtain)
• Certificate of completion for 'Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect' Masterclass training (or be willing to obtain)
