Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Up to 5% above award rate

Job Description

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children. The successful candidate will have:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Check

The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate a commitment to child safety and well-being, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
