Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing transformation, driving the delivery of AI use cases and collaborating across teams to improve member and commercial outcomes.

This role is crucial in scaling AI best practices and aligning them with business priorities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing AI strategy for our Member Line of Business.

  1. Develop and execute AI strategy for Member Line of Business
  2. Manage AI use cases from conception to deployment, including testing, training, and rollout
  3. Lead the integration of AI tools and platforms into marketing operations
  4. Coordinate a cross-functional Member AI Working Group
  5. Support AI maturity assessments and internal upskilling initiatives
  6. Ensure ethical AI practices in collaboration with the AI Governance team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute AI strategy for Member Line of Business

About You:
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify problems quickly and develop creative solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Marketing Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in applying AI in marketing or customer experience contexts and implementing it effectively
  • Leadership experience in managing AI or marketing use cases from start to finish
