Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Ministry Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and preparing events that foster the Catholic life of the school and engage young people in responsible participation in life, mission, work, and the Catholic faith community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote the Catholic faith and values among students
- Organize and lead events such as World Youth Day, the Australian Catholic Youth Festival, and Ignite Conference
- Collaborate with the Religious Education team to develop and deliver evangelisation programs
- Build and maintain relationships with local parishes and communities
- Provide leadership and support to students in their spiritual development
- Category D Accreditation in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead in systemic Catholic schools Archdiocese of Sydney Accreditation
- Demonstrated experience in youth ministry and evangelisation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills
