About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Service Administration Officer to join our team at St John WA. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our metro Field Service functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule field service team activities to maximize time efficiency.
  • Maintain client business portals and update purchase orders to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Oversee inventory management for the field service team to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
  • Support the Field Service Team Leader as required, providing administrative assistance and contributing to the development of team processes.
  • Communicate with corporate clients regarding services and assist with account setups to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide customer service and sales support, including preparing quotes and resolving disputes to maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in administration within a sales or customer-focused environment, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge is desirable.
