Pharmacist Leader

The Clinical Pharmacy Manager role is a key position within the department, responsible for delivering innovative and patient-centered care across various settings.

• This includes managing the provision of safe and efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients at designated hospitals.
• Coordinate clinical pharmacy services to hospital patients, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and available resources.
• Implement service delivery frameworks to achieve continuity in medication management.
• Measure and analyze service effectiveness, adjusting priorities and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency, patient care, and medication safety.
• Oversee performance indicator collection and reporting to pharmacy stakeholders.
• Develop policies and procedures for clinical pharmacy activities and oversee accreditation processes.
• Provide leadership and performance management to team members.
