Job Overview

The Service Operations Director oversees the management of daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers and staff.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Manage all aspects of service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and control.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, train, schedule, and develop high-performing teams.
  3. Quality Control and Inventory Management: Maintain quality control and inventory levels, building strong relationships with suppliers.
  4. Revenue Growth and Forecasting: Drive revenue growth, optimize labor and inventory forecasting, and implement effective strategies.
  5. Staff Incentives and Standards: Implement staff incentives and maintain high standards of performance.
  6. Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and build positive relationships.
  7. Human Resource Objectives: Achieve human resource objectives through recruitment, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling.

All tasks must meet Boston Pizza's standards of quality and control.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry; previous management experience is an asset.
  • Strategic planning, training, and profitability management skills.
  • Quality control, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
