The Role: Store Sales Expert

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Sales Expert to join our team. As a Store Sales Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice on storage solutions and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

This is a permanent full-time role with no nights, Sundays or public holidays for a great work-life balance.

Your primary focus will be on customer service, administration and operational tasks. You will need to use your skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders, achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on storage solutions to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Maintain a safe and secure centre by following health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Willingsness to learn and grow with the business
  • A driver's license and car are required
