About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Person. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, operating forklifts, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory accurately, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Operate forklifts to move pallets and materials, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform data entry tasks, updating ERP and spreadsheets to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Assist production by loading raw materials into machines, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards across the warehouse, promoting a clean and organized work environment.
  • Organize consumables and pallets for production use, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and production operators to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Wrap and weigh finished goods pallets for dispatch, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Attributes and Skills Required
  • Forklift license and experience with warehouse machinery, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on, proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
