Senior Product Designer | Credit Card Fraud

About this Role:

The Senior Product Designer plays a critical role in shaping the digital product design and delivery across complex financial services environments. They collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive innovative solutions that strengthen trust, resilience, and competitive advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market insights, regulatory requirements, and customer behaviours to inform strategic design decisions.
  • Translate customer needs into user-centric design solutions that meet business objectives and deliver value to customers.
  • Provide thought leadership in Cards and Payments, influencing the organisation's approach to authorisation, settlement, tokenisation, and fraud prevention.
  • Guide enterprise-wide integration strategies to ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms and systems.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across risk, technology, operations, and business leadership to achieve strategic outcomes.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Fraud and Scam management, with a strong track record of leading innovation and safeguarding customers.
  • Extensive experience delivering technology-enabled transformation at scale, particularly in regulated environments.
  • Strong leadership skills within Agile delivery frameworks, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and high-performance cultures.
  • Deep understanding of global payments ecosystems and fraud prevention partnerships.
  • Ability to operate at the nexus of technology, risk, and business strategy, driving innovation that delivers commercial value and customer benefit.
