High-Profile Labour Resource Coordinator

This leadership position oversees the planning and execution of labour resources across multiple areas.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, as well as experience in managing teams and ensuring efficient labor planning for large-scale events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting regional labor reports to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations for staffing levels, training, and other actions.
- Coordinating with project managers, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely labor planning.
- Participating in the hiring process for new technicians and overseeing the management of a team of coordinators who roster casual and full-time staff.
- Managing the payroll system to ensure accurate data capture and authorization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of labor management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
