**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Luxury Watch Sales Associate to join our team at Retailworld Resourcing PTY Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury watch department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on luxury watches and timepieces
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases and brand developments to provide informed advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements:**

  • Previous sales experience in a premium or luxury retail environment
  • Passion for watches and timepieces, with a strong understanding of luxury watch brands and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proven sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
