Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to support the implementation of Equipment Strategies Program for Networks assets. As a key member of our team, you will lead FMECA and RBI analysis, facilitate asset criticality assessments, and develop detailed standard job plans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead FMECA and RBI analysis to identify mitigating and measurable inspection tasks.
- Facilitate asset criticality assessments to prioritize preventative maintenance tasks.
- Develop detailed standard job plans aligned to asset technical information.
- Utilize Maximo to identify spare parts required for preventative maintenance tasks.
- Create a framework of standards, procedures, and processes to efficiently manage assets.
- Engineering bachelor's degree and strong relevant industry experience.
- Experience in developing RCM and RBI based maintenance strategies.
- Competence in handling, managing, and mapping large data sets and working with CMMS/ERP systems.
- Ability to read P&ID diagrams and other engineering drawings.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and influencing ability.
