We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to support the implementation of Equipment Strategies Program for Networks assets. As a key member of our team, you will lead FMECA and RBI analysis, facilitate asset criticality assessments, and develop detailed standard job plans.

• Lead FMECA and RBI analysis to identify mitigating and measurable inspection tasks.
• Facilitate asset criticality assessments to prioritize preventative maintenance tasks.
• Develop detailed standard job plans aligned to asset technical information.
• Utilize Maximo to identify spare parts required for preventative maintenance tasks.
• Create a framework of standards, procedures, and processes to efficiently manage assets.

• Engineering bachelor's degree and strong relevant industry experience.
• Experience in developing RCM and RBI based maintenance strategies.
• Competence in handling, managing, and mapping large data sets and working with CMMS/ERP systems.
• Ability to read P&ID diagrams and other engineering drawings.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and influencing ability.
