We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as a Retail Assistant/Barista.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and engaging
  • Preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to effectively communicate with customers
  • Managing cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems efficiently
  • Supporting store visual merchandising and display setup, ensuring an attractive and inviting store environment
