We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Duty Managers to join the team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the aquatic facility is a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the aquatic facility, including customer services and pool areas.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage pool plant systems and water quality principles.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of lifeguards and other staff members.

Requirements

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR
  • Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
