About the Role

As a Claims Consultant at Woolworths Group, you will play a crucial role in managing a complex portfolio of public liability customer claims to achieve effective and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage an ongoing portfolio of claims with a focus on delivering timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Avoidance is not possible as evidence indicates different. Adopt a service-oriented approach that prioritizes early intervention and the interests of all stakeholders.
  • Analyse liability and quantum, resolving claims within the approved delegation of authority.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years PQE in personal injury law.
  • Strong end-to-end public liability claims management experience, including PIPA claims.
  • A solid understanding of PIPA claims and the ability to run a claim from start to finish, including attendance at settlement conferences.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
